The WorkMatters annual Forum gathers business professionals together over topics of discussion such as building faith in the workplace and living out your purpose through your profession. Each year hundreds of young and old business professionals come to hear CEO's and Presidents of organizations such as Kellogg's, Tyson, and Coca-Cola that strive to glorify God through their careers success.

This was our second year to serve alongside WorkMatters and their fantastic and driven team. A crew of 10 avad3 professionals came to John Q Hammons Center to provide full-service production for over 700 attendees including:

  1. Flown Sound System

  2. 16ft HD Screens and Projectors

  3. TV Monitors

  4. Camera IMAG and records

  5. Stage wash and Up-lighting

  6. Velour pipe and drape

  7. Custom stage design 

With an event as big as this you need to make sure that the attention to detail is being paid where it matters most. For our team we focused on all the moving parts that go into a production of this magnitude, such as making sure content was ready beforehand, getting speakers backstage before they go on stage for a seamless intro, announcing each speaker, down to the camera angle to frame the live recording on. avad3 brings the best production experience by combining the right tools needed for your event with the right talent to help run your show!
