Mason Hoffnagle

 

Before joining the team at avad3, I had a pretty diverse background. I’ve worked in roles like warehouse operations, serving in the military as a soldier and contractor, and getting hands-on experience in transportation, logistics, and even serving tables. Each of these jobs taught me something unique, from teamwork and discipline to problem-solving on the fly.

One of the most inspiring parts of my role now is the constant opportunity to learn new things and tackle problems head-on. There’s something incredibly satisfying about figuring out a solution and seeing it pay off.

When it comes to event production, my favorite part is watching everything come together after setup. There’s this amazing sense of accomplishment seeing all the moving parts align to create something incredible for clients and audiences.

Outside of work, I’m happiest playing video games, hanging out with my girlfriend, and keeping active by running or working out.

If I could have any superpower, it’d be mind reading or enhanced perception—understanding what’s going on beneath the surface would be a game-changer!
