Meet Tonya, our HR Generalist at avad3!

Before joining Avad3, I served as a Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, Office Manager, and International Coordinator. Each of these roles has enriched my ability to support and guide people and processes effectively.

What truly inspires me in my job is the opportunity to help people solve problems and contribute to their development. I thrive on creating and refining processes that make a difference.

While my role doesn’t focus heavily on event production, if it did, I would dive into the conceptual planning phase with enthusiasm. I find it incredibly rewarding to see a plan evolve into a tangible final product.

Outside of work, I’m happiest when I’m out biking. Especially when I can share this activity with my husband; those moments of riding together are close to perfection.

If I could have any superpower, it would be the ability to manipulate probability. Being able to influence outcomes and prevent unfavorable events from occurring would be an extraordinary way to enhance the positive impact on the world.
