Elizabeth Wray

Before joining avad3, I obtained my Master of Fine Arts from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. During that time and after graduation, I served as a Professional Stage Manager and Designer in the Midwest working in art forms such as dance, circus, musicals, and new works. My most recent job was as the Production Stage Manager at the Tulsa Ballet.

The most inspiring part of my current job is the ability to assist the team behind the scenes. I ensure they have everything they need, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.

In event production, my favorite moment is when the client walks in and sees everything seamlessly put together. Watching their eyes light up as they see the vision become a reality is truly magical.

Outside of work, my greatest happiness comes from spending time with my family and playing board games. My husband and I have an extensive collection that we love playing with our family and friends.

If I could have a superpower, it would be patience. Patience is sometimes seen as an anti-skill that wastes time, But in today’s world where overwhelm is common and immediate gratification is expected, patience is a superpower.
