Before avad3, I served as a District Program Director for a non-profit catering to universities.

The most inspiring aspect of my job is meeting needs and providing encouragement to help others exceed their expectations.

My favorite part of event production is the execution phase, where everything is in high gear and everyone is working together to ensure perfection.

Outside of work, my greatest joy comes from spending quality time with my husband and kids, creating lasting memories filled with laughter and excitement!

If I could have a superpower, it would be Adoptive Muscle Memory, allowing me to replicate movements after observation. This power would open up endless possibilities in various fields such as martial arts, music, dance, and even surgery!
