Laura Parsons

Before avad3, I’ve worked in various roles, from being a middle and high school science teacher to a non-profit volunteer coordinator, and also a church production coordinator.

The most inspiring part of my job at avad3 is working with a team that genuinely supports each other and pushes me to be a better human.

In event production, my favorite aspect is witnessing the look on someone’s face when they see something we pulled off and think, “Wait, you made that happen?”

Outside of work, what makes me happiest is bopping around a thrift store, finding those hidden gems, and listening to inspiring audiobooks in new towns, states, or countries I’ve never experienced before.

If I could have a superpower, it would be super listening power – the ability to supernaturally hear and see people.
