Steve Sullivant

Before avad3, I served as a Worship and Creative Arts Pastor for 7 years in multiple ministries. Throughout those years, I started my own LLC as a graphic and web designer and eventually took on a marketing manager position for a local business. After catching the marketing bug, I took on brand marketing in New York for a wealth management firm. My desire for a flourishing, local company with a strong culture in a new industry led me to avad3.

The most inspiring part of my job is learning more about the communities we engage with. There are a lot of earnest, talented, and smart people in the event planning and production industry, and I love looking for ways we can meet and share our services with them.

My favorite aspect of event production is stage design! Watching our team’s renderings come to life in-person is like magic.

When I’m not working, I am happiest spending time with my family; hopefully outdoors, and hopefully, there’s lots of singing.

If I could have a superpower, it would be the ability to walk through walls. Doors are overrated.
