The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) is the largest membership of women golf professionals in the world. Every year, this large organization hosts a multi-day championship for its best athletes to compete. Large sponsors and stakeholders support this event, along with thousands of viewers who attend in person or watch from the live television broadcast.

Events this size take a lot of time and effort to bring together. LPGA hired an agency to help plan, coordinate, and execute logistical details across this 7000+ yard course. Our team aided this agency and acted as an extension of their team to plan, setup, and manage:

  • 24-foot LED Wall placed directly on the course.
  • 50+ TVs all throughout multiple seating locations, large and small, located in vastly different spaces across the course.
  • Audio, video, and streaming support for players to address the press.
  • Full audio support for final champion ceremony including; loudspeakers, audio console, audio technicians, microphones, and a direct feed for live television.

All of this equipment, set up and controlled by our team, helped to provide in-person attendees with a flawless viewing experience and sponsors with proper advertising despite the event being spread out across miles of a golf course.
