The Background
The University of Arkansas hosts an annual Bid Day event for all of its sorority chapters. This allows the girls to see which sororities they have received a bid from. Family members, sorority alumni, University staff, and national organizations all view this event live online or in person.
The Challenge
The goal of this event is to provide an exciting experience for thousands of young women every single year. The energy of this day matters. In 2020, this event’s attendance needed to be split 90% online with only 10% viewers in-person. In 2022 however, the in-person attendance was at full capacity in addition to almost 3000 viewers online. Regardless of online or in-person participation, the importance of flawless audio and video production in our hybrid event cannot be overlooked for this momentous annual event.
The Solution
Equipment, attendees, and weather change year after year. The key to a consistent event lies within the team running it. Our team has worked with theirs for many years, which allows for an expedited planning process and a better understanding of their needs, no matter how the viewership needed to be split up.
